Due to health and safety concerns, we do NOT issue refunds or returns on any of our healthy and beauty products that have been opened or the seal has been removed. This includes: Lotions, Shower Gels, Body Sprays, Perfume Roll ons, Bar Soaps, Essential Oils, and Body Powders. We recommend asking for FREE SAMPLES if you are interested in trying a new scent!
We do not offer exchanges for any products erroneously ordered.
Items missing or damaged in shipping must be reported within 36 hours of delivery. Detailed photographs of the damaged item(s), shipping container and the packing contents will be required before a refund will be considered.
If you have not received your order by the USPS estimated delivery day, please contact your local post office first and provide them with the USPS tracking number sent with your emailed shipping confirmation.
Any and all other return requests must be within 15 days of delivery and pre-authorized by an employee of Patchouli Garden, LLC.
